Any brains in Cyberjaya planning?

Ever drive to Cyberjaya to work or visiting someone there? Notice about
the major shortage of parking? I think that even happens in Putrajaya
which was being explained as in the park-and-ride project was not fully
implemented yet.

Why can't the department who do the planning for Cyberjaya do some work
and develop a building code to ensure that if a building was build to
accommodate X number of employee and visitor, you will need to create Y
number of designated car park within the campus? Obviously there isn't
any of this policy, hence every building was build to maximise the space
in building and put minimum care about external, forcing the employee
and visitor to park at the road side. Well, of cos this will happen,
since the person who decide will have VIP parking within the campus. How
selfish?

Same problem in KL, but I will have to say due to legacy problem. But
still for new building that is being build, I am pretty sure the ratio
of Y/X (car park space over number of occupant in the building) must be
very very small. And I am very very sure that the ratio is not one of
the criteria that is being considered for approving to develop an office
building.

What are all these government department doing? Are they actually doing
work? Yeah, I know it was not being done before, so what? Do something.
Stop being f**king lazy.
