What is nationwide coverage means?

Jaring rollout nationalwide broadband services by claiming to be
nationwide, but after customer complains about the lack of coverage,
then Jaring boss clarify that their services is depends on the
availability of DSLAM port at the customer location.

What value add does Jaring provide then? What is the purpose of
subscribing to Jaring broadband? Most of the time, a customer who can't
get broadband services is due to the short of port on the DSLAM.

It is good that TM allow Jaring to use the DSLAM, but that need to be
planned properly. Seems like it is not.
